I'm using the amazing work of Ray Leaning
You must Purchase a Lic No to use his work
I have used Shani's of Wicked Princess Scraps
"Ringing it in"
you can get the Kit from

Open the kit

Open a new image 800 x 800 white
gives us a little bit more to work with
I Greyscalled all the elements as i wanted a black and white tag
you don't need to do this if you want the colours
Open a paper of your choice and apply a mask of choice
i can't remember where i got the mask from i used
apply the mask layer
merge the mask and the back ground layer  rename Background
open up the droplets and place  add  a drop shadow of choice
duplicate and rotate 5
duplicate again and rotate 5
duplicate again and rotate 5
now open up

open up the tube of choice and place in the center
add your name to the tag
adding a drop shadow,
i have it so my leg
is sticking though  the name

start adding the elements if you want to look at my finished tag for ideas
place them around the bottom of the tag at her feet
adding a drop shadow of choice to each element
add any wording you want i put
Puttin' on the ritz! on the bottom
add any CR and licence number you need

now close off the background layer and the water drops layers all of them
merge all the other layers together
close it off  for now

open up Animation shop
copy and paste the background layer
as a new image in AS
duplicate it 4 times as we need 4 of them
put to one side for now

copy the first waterdrops to AS paste as a new image
back to paintshop pro click the next water drops
go back and paste after the current frame
do the same for the next 2 water drops
you should have 4 frames now same as the background

click on the first frame of the water drops and select all
copy, select all
click on the first frame of the back ground and click select all
right click on the first frame and paste into current
frame line the first one up to where you want it  and apply
run the animation see if it is working ok
now go back to paintshop pro and open the other layer the one with the tubes on it
take it to AS and paste it as a new animation
duplicate it 4 times
click the first frame, select all, copy, select all
click the first frame of the background with waterdrops select all paste into
current frame and line it up apply .. run the animation see if it is ok
